Thanks to the Kornbluth-Ginsberg Law Group and especially Stefanie Rodriguez who handled my case! I never thought that I would need a personal injury attorney but the need arose after I was attacked by a dog at a restaurant. I won’t go too much into specifics but I will say that the manner that the restaurant handled the manner was beyond poor and inappropriate in that I was told to leave the restaurant after the dog attacked me unprovoked. I ended up having to get multiple rabies shots due to being unable to obtain to ask the owner if the dog had been vaccinated. Needless to say this situation caused me a lot of stress and I contacted the Kornbluth-Ginsberg Law Group. Ms. Rodriguez patiently walked me through every step of the process and kept me advised of the case’s progress. Ultimately a settlement was reached and helped me obtain some closure on this ugly incident. Hopefully as a result of Stefanie’s diligence the restaurant has or will make some changes in how employees are trained to deal with this or a similar type of situation.
