I decided to retain Kornbluth Ginsberg Law Group after a hit and run which totaled my car and left me with back pain. They were recommended on my neighborhood listserve and then subsequently by my chiropractor. I worked most closely with Joseph Gerber and paralegal Heber Mata. I found them both to be extremely polite, professional, and communicative throughout the lengthy process. Mr. Gerber was able to negotiate with the insurance company and meet my requested settlement amount before going to court. He gave me lots of thoughtful advice and it was clear he put attention and care into my case. I hope not to need to hire a personal injury lawyer again, but if I do, I know where I will go!

I used Kornbluth & Ginsberg after I was involved in a hit and run accident 5/2021... they came highly recommended by a friend. The guy who hit me basically got a slap on the wrist (had the bare minimum when it came to his Insurance Policy) Satia the firms Parallegal was always on top of things. I would definitely recommend this Firm to others, they truly work hard on your behalf.

If you like having your elderly relative fleeced then by all means use her or any of the attorneys in her office. You should honestly be disbarred for you questionable at best management of your clients accounts and at worst investigated for your embezzlement of their money. You should be ashamed of yourself….be wary of this attorney.
