I am being sued by an intermediate of a creditor I paid. After a year and a half of defending myself to through the courts against the likes of a billion dollar company that has been found guilty of defrauding customers through oversight agencies already, I thought this was a slam dunk case. The judge must have forgot to eat his Wheaties it seems because things didn't play out that well. This is the same judge that threw a victim of partner abuse in jail because her abuser was one of his lawyer/church buddies. Yes, I will likely be writing a screenplay about this. So I called this law firm hoping for help. They were trying to push me into something rapidly that would harm me. After the trauma I just went through with the legal system, this certainly wasn't appreciated. They even had the nerve to ask for a review that same day! YIKES. Well today is the day I deliver on that review. They then put you into an email and text communication sequence. Telling you they will always be there for you, but when you try to get answers, they leave you hanging without answers. If you want a lawyer that promises much and delivers much less, I believe this may be the perfect firm for you. If you want someone that lives up to their salt, you will need to keep looking. And so I will because I must. If you know of a good lawyer 🙃 please let me know. I really could use one right now it seems.

I filed Chapter 13 with this law firm in 2018 and through April of this year I paid in over $130,000! My attorney was Koury Hicks. Everything was fine until I got a letter in the mail from US Bankruptcy stating my case was being dismissed. I called and emailed their office several times to try to understand why my case was dismissed. NO RESPONSE! They have my email and my phone number! Now I'm stuck dealing with the aftermath! For the amount of money I paid their office, I deserved better than this! I would advise you to tread carefully if you choose this firm.

So far my experience has been great. I worked with April and she is absolutely outstanding. I don't think there is enough words of gratitude for what she has done. I asked tons of questions and not once did she make me feel as if I was a bother. She is a great asset to this law firm!

the professionalism of this firm is top tier. they work with you and speak to you like you’re family; all they want to do is help you , give info and provide the best solution for you and your situation. I no longer needed the service due to my debt being settled but definitely kept the contact in my phone for referrals or future reference.
