On the recommendation of a lawyer friend, we went to a Walker Lambe dinner presentation describing their services and method of approaching estate planning. We were impressed, and having lived through two years of my mother's estate in probate, knew what the attorneys suggested was the path we wanted to take. We met with an attorney who set up not just our estate, but also a revocable trust and the medical and legal paperwork recognized in the state of North Carolina, as we recently moved here. I was impressed with the thought and legal knowledge which went into understanding our particular situation, which is not a large estate. Our daughter and son-in-law also used their services to set up a plan reflecting their needs, and share the peace of mind we now have. I recommend them highly and suggest you meet with them before making any other arrangements.

Losing a family member in my opinion is one of the hardest things life can deal. In my Grandmothers efforts to minimize her families pain before her Alzheimer's took over she wanted to seek the services of this attorney , in ironing out her death wishes, including the reading and execution of her will and trust. Moving on to the day my mother went with her to Kelly"s office, of course in complete sadness with a readiness to make sure her wishes with this chapter which would allow us to grieve and not worry later. We sat patiently waiting for Kelly As she took my grandmother into another room with her paralegal to hear my grandmothers last wishes. When needed this attorney conveniently forgot what my grandmothers wishes were. This senseless act was unprofessional at the least and warranted a complete suspension of trust. The excuse given for the no call no show was she “forgot”. She never fully executing the wishes of my Grandmother. Needless to say.
