I’m Not recommended at all she didn’t do nothing to my case she just only puching my case without any trial just she take money with out any service she didn’t even care about her clients, No communication with the client just only willing to send you bill if they send an email or call they charge …never ever recommended to any body in nc

Martha McKee and her team is responsive, supportive, efficient, and proactive. I benefitted from her 30+ years of experience and knowledge of the local lay of the land (which is SO important!). I appreciated her patience, straight-forwardness, and kindness, starting with our Zoom video consult, with each email communication, and throughout the mediation process. Martha was a referral, twice removed. I reached out to her when things in my marriage was falling apart rapidly. I had not yet known all that would transpire at the time - what I would discover and the speed and intensity in which things dissolved. She was with me through the evolution of all the developments, which I kept her abreast of at each turn. It was drawn out because of the other side's disorganization, among other issues. But Martha provided me reassurance and explained the possibilities and what to expect regarding timeline. She also made sure to ask for my preferences and check my comfort levels with each decision and communication with the other side. Her team was also incredibly supportive and kind. I am forever grateful.

I work part time 15 hrs a week for $13.75 per hour. I was looking for a divorce attorney to get advice on what my rights were. I was referred by Jill Burton who would not take my case because she "had too much caseload" after stringing me along for 3 months. I had phone consult with McKee (no in person appointments) and was charged $200. For her to read my separation agreement (that I had to go downtown and get) cost $100 and took her weeks to do. To get 2 questions answered was going to cost $1000 retainer. I declined her offer and reminded her of what my income is. I had found her bio appealing because it says she was a member of Stephen's Ministry. While on our phone consult she told me she got "sick of dealing with Christians." The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Ms. McKee means business! If you are skeptical about choosing a lawyer PLEASE stop right now with her she is through and gathers everything need for you to succeed. She went out her way in my child custody case to put me at ease!
