Clayton Cheek works at Oliver and Cheek. This svumbag charged me $ 750.00 just to send a letter. Then told me he would need $ 10,000.00 up front just to start on my case. I told him no. He then had the audacity to send me another bill for $ 1800.00 for email correspondence which we never agreed on nor was I told would be a cost to an email. Will be reporting him to the N. C. Bar association asap. Stay away from this sad excuse of a human being.
