They are ok. I wish I knew more about worker's comp claim before signing with them. If you put together the amount of trauma vs what I got for it, did not match. Not to say I wouldn't recommend them, but if anything happened again where I needed these services, I'd go elsewhere. I could tell, towards the end of things, that they didn't really care how things went.

My experience was nothing short of amazing! Carla did a great job at communicating everything from the first time I called to the final call. She answered every question I had and explained the whole process step by step. Attorney Nick was able to resolve my case with no issues and I hired him within 2 weeks of my court date. I was so impressed I would even consider calling about working there, as I am a paralegal!! I would definitely recommend this law firm!

Went in for disability hearing and it came back denied even though they agreed he could no longer work in his field. Find out later that lawyer could have asked to have the date if disability after he turned 50 and he would have been approved, but nope they sent it off to appeal the judges decision and then never talk to us unless we call 5 times and send a couple emails, then threw all the files away. Who does this?? Get a different lawyer.

Had a car accident in VA. Hired this law firm because I live in NC. Never met or heard from a lawyer the entire time. I kept medical records etc. and turned them in. Almost at end of my legal claim I called concerned about my case. Still never got to speak to or hear from an attorney. With the exception of their cute little holiday/birthday I-messages! Suddenly, I get a message that because my wreck happened in VA this law firm couldn't represent me. Referred me to a law firm in VA. So long story short this law firm got a split for doing hardly nothing and taking a case they knew they couldn't represent. Me, I have long term spinal injuries that I'm never going to be compensated for in the settlement. I only got the standard insurance company settlement. No long term medical or compensation for my neck injury. But, hey...they got paid!

Don't using him for a real estate closing, many errors and delays. He could care less if it costs you more $ for his mistakes.
