I recently used Mr. Sanders as my attorney in court. I live in WNC and Mr. Sanders handled my case for me. He is a real professional and his staff is great. He stayed in contact with me and was perfectly clear on how he was going to handle my case. He is a good honest attorney who provides quality services.

Until August of 2017 I never needed a lawyer before. I seen Mike while I was in court for a bond hearing that morning and asked him if he could help me out. My son (who is in the military) and I were staying in Elizabeth City for a couple of days on business and one of the workers at our hotel wrongfully accused my son of assault. On our way home, we received a call from the Elizabeth City police department and were informed of this accusation. We were out of towners (from California) and had no idea what to do! I spoke to a couple local law firms and decided to go with Mr. Sanders because he seemed to know how things worked in that town and he was a straight shooter. Before I could even get to his office to sign a contract or pay him a fee, he had got me the answers we were needing and the case was closed! Hopefully I never need a defense lawyer in North Carolina again, but if I do... Michael P Sanders would be the guy I would call!
