**************PLEASE READ FIRST************** After a detailed conversation I had with whomever they have answering the phones about a traffic case I chose this firm to handle for me turned out to be “The Worst Decision Ever”. I am a very detail oriented individual, being a consumer I like to know what to expect, and I like to be educated on what services my money is going towards with that being said, I called this establishment on a Thursday morning to inform them I had a (FTA) failure to appear for a traffic ticket I needed to take of care so I can get my license reinstated. In that phone conversation I asked the phone attendant three times in order to make sure I understood her when she stated if I payed $200 on Thursday having a remaining balance with a payment schedule she created, that within 24-48 hours of paying that initial $200.00 I would be eligible of getting my license back by way of submitting information from their office to the DMV. With today being Monday I’m excited thinking I’m getting my license back today. All that excitement came to a screeching halt when I checked the statues of my driving privilege and it is “Still Suspended”. I reach out to the rodgers establishment (and yes rodgers is lower case on purpose) the office manager answers the phone this morning and I express to her my concern of my expectation of what I was told versus the reality of an important situation I now find myself in. After placing me on hold several times with checking this and checking that she says to me, with my case being so old the establishment will have to appear in court before I can proceed, and not only that, Mr. Rodgers hasn’t been to the courthouse since Wednesday, as if this was information I should’ve already known, and at one point in the phone conversation I had to ask her if I could speak because she kept talking over me. I simply wanted to say the information I received Thursday and the information she just delivered were two totally separate entities. I expressed that Mr. Rodgers court schedule was not my problem, and she has and employee giving their potential clients misinformation, and it looks extremely bad on their entire organization. She offered a refund which she could not process back to the card the funds came from, after a few failed tries I told her I don’t want my money floating around perhaps in the wrong account, I would drive from Charlotte where I reside all the way to Fayetteville, her response to me, have a nice trip, good bye. With the lack of professionalism and the mere fact that I had to reach out to them instead of them calling me when what I was told verses what I now know has to transpire is unacceptable, and this no way how to treat a client. I hope “EVERYONE” who is thinking about hiring this establishment for service reads my review about my terrible experience and really think twice. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
