Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“No one answers the phone and there's no way to leave a voicemail. When i call i just get a generic message that just repeats"press one for an operator" over and over again.”

“Overall it's not a bad place but it's always been a hassle to get on the phone with them. They never pick up their phones or respond back to email or voicemails. It's just very unprofessional.”
