10/10 would recommend! I honestly thought this was a money grab attempt when I received the mail as I think most people do. I looked into it because I read into all of the rate increases and court costs and fees that come with traffic tickets. So I figured I would roll the dice and i reached out by phone. They picked up right away and assured me that they would take care of it as soon as possible. They walked me through the set up and how to upload the documents they needed and everything. I didn't have to even go to court! The lawyer kept me updated every step of the way via email and was able to get my case voluntarily dismissed. Best $130 I ever spent.
