Outstanding job in taking care of my citation. My speeding ticket was reduced to improper equipment which carries no points and no insurance increases. Extremely satisfied with this firm. Wouls recommend to anyone.

We were traveling through NC and while getting out of the way of a car going way to fast behind us in the passing lane I passed an unmarked Trooper. Needless to say by the time we got back to FL there were almost a couple dozen advertisements offering to represent me in court for the ticket. iTicket.law (Hatley Law Office) was not the cheapest and I chose them because of that reason and because their ad appealed to me the more than the others. The communication was perfect. I first spoke with an assistant and the rest was done through email. I am sure that if I needed to I could have spoken with an attorney but the process was made to be simple and clear enough that I did not need to speak to anyone after the first consultation. I was fortunate that Hately Law Offices were able to represent me and persuade the appropriate person to lower my speeding ticket charge down to an 'Improper Equipment' charge. This will save me the thousands of dollars the insurance company would have charged over the next few years for the speeding ticket! I received the fantastic news the very same day that the Attorney represented me in court. I could not have asked for a better result. Save yourself a lot of frustration and give them a call now. By far the easiest I have ever had a speeding ticket taken care of. I sent my info over email and sent over additional requested information when asked. The ticket was completely dismissed from court. Amazing!
