No respect for her or her staff. I was a DV victim of an SF soldier and she treated me like I was crazy.

I am VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED AT THE LIES I WAS TOLD BY TONI THE RECEPTIONIST AT THIS LAW FIRM! The other white male assistant also hung up on me! My son has a right to JUST UNBIASED AND NON RACIAL OR PREJUDICE BEHAVIOR; AS IT RELATES TO REPRESENTATION! My son sent three letters or more requesting information about his case and no response! Two video visits were supposedly set up but were not done! I was hung up on three times because I reminded them of truth and fair treatment being initiated toward my son as a BLACK MALE! I was told Attorney Sue Hall refuses to speak with me which may have been coerced by Major Adams, who is over the detention center! People HAVE NO FEAR OF GOD ANYMORE! COVID has made it possible for people who suppose to uphold and represent the justice system to ABUSE IT EVEN MORE! I didn’t hire her the JUDICIAL SYSTEM APPOINTED HER AS PART OF THE UNJUST CONSPIRACY AND CONFEDERACY THAT IS GOING ON!

Sue Hall was so helpful to me. Once she got an idea of where I was at, she sat down with me and went over everything I needed to do to prevent me from having to go back and spend more money. In a nutshell, she will put your needs before her income. She genuinely cares about people and charitable justice.

I was in a desperate custody battle with my husband. I was referred to attorney Susan Hall by another attorney because that attorney wanted a $5000 + retainer fee! I ask her if she had any ideas and she referred me to Attorney Susan Hall. Mrs. Hall worked with my financial situation as best she could in order to help me. Unfortunately, my battle still continues at this time. However, I feel “safe” knowing Mrs. Hall has my back because she is one of the best attorneys I’ve ever met or been a client of. If you are looking for a pragmatic attorney, then Susan Hall is the first place you should turn to. She does not tell you what you want to hear... she calls it as she sees it and I have a great respect for her doing that. In my opinion attorney Hall, is definitely the best attorney in Cumberland County!

Hired Attorney Hall and was completely satisfied. Prices were good, staff was courteous and professional. I would hire her again. Seems the others are just disgruntled and leave bad reviews, several other clients in court were also satisfied.

Single dad just wanting the rights I deserve as a father. Paid the fee, had my paperwork lined up for her and she did the rest. Even told me more, if needed. Was awarded joint custody in about 3 appearances in court. A few appearances did get pushed back, crap happens.

Her office is a mess, her Secretary sucks. MS Susan Hall was not aggressive enough. My case lasted almost 2 years. On Special Forces soldier won sole custody of my son.He had a DUI on file.Welcome to Fayetteville NC. I haven't seen my son for 5 years.Thank you.

This attorney was hired by my family and I was disgusted at her poor ethical standards while handling our family court case. She was slow to get back to us and was not thorough with her paperwork. Not to mention, she took up much of our time (and money) because she was consistently late to court. She seemed more concerned with continuations and other cases to truly focus on ours.

We set up a consultation and arrived 15 minutes early. The secretary informed us that she was still in court and we would need to reschedule. The second appointment, my wife on her way to the office and it was cancelled at the last minute as well for the same reason. The secretary was less than professional on the phone. There will not be a third time. Oh, and there is a sign prominently displayed in the dingy office that states the fee charged for missed appointments. We have found different counsel.
