Mr. Parker and Mr. Frey represented me in both my Social Security Disability case and most recently my Workers Compensation case. They have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Their staff have been great to work with and all my calls and emails were answered timely. They settled both of my cases to my satisfaction. As kind and knowledgeable as Mr Frey seemed over the telephone, he made an appointment with myself on behalf of my disabled husband... When arriving for the appointment he wasn't even in route didn't even remember making the appointment. This is very frustrating as I could have gone with someone more professional who keeps appointments. Typically people set appointments aside on their calendar in advance he didn't even remember speaking to me.
