Called yesterday and spoke to Cathy in the front office. Asked about estate planning services. Said we HAD to come in to establish a client/attorney relationship. Then did not follow up with a phone call in the morning about what we needed to bring documentation wise and an estimate for how much the services will cost. I called Cathy back and asked again, Cathy told me she could not give me any information, we have to come in. We live 40 minutes away and have to take time from work to do this process. This review is based solely on my interaction with their front office which in my opinion Cathy was rude and unprofessional. I said well we won't be able to come in today and her response was "well good luck finding someone else," and hung up the phone.

Hard working , friendly and helpful. The place yo go when you need help.

A beautiful facility and great staff, however in my oppinion ask for someone with experience. A newbie lawyer at the facility is not really doing the best in my oppinion. After months of wasting valuable time he finally says he is not the correct lawyer for this type of case although during the consult he gave off the impression he could do it and with confidence. He did do his best but If you want a lawyer that gets things done and with haste I would ask for someone with 10+ yrs experience.
