I was dealing with Eric Ditmore. I met him through a mutual friend and the first time I met him we agreed on $800 and then I had no time period to be paying it. As time went on I gave him $300 of the $800. He did absolutely nothing for me but allow the opposing sides lawyer make all the decisions. I tried contacting him for two weeks and got no response so I took it upon myself to walk into the office he brought me back to his office and told me that I was supposed to put $600 down which was never the thing. And when I told him he never said that he said well you should’ve read the contract and I told him well you told me verbally that I only had to pay 800 and I could take my time. He never did anything and once I had a detective on the case he happen to know her and all of a sudden the case disappeared and they closed it for no reason without contacting the other party who I had the case open for. I would never recommend him to anybody. So I lost out on $300 for him just appearing in court and doing nothing .
