When my son in law was assigned to Mr. Shankar as his court appointed attorney my wife and I were skeptical of his enthusiasm and dedication to his charges, considering he was court appointed. He has surpassed our wildest expectations for his genuine concern for the "person", opposed to whether he was court appointed or retained as he was with us for other violations that were unrelated.
