Mr.Dualan and his team are everything they promised to be and said he would do! Jeannie was so quick in replying to any questions or concerns. Ft. Liberty is serious about speeding even if it was accidental or off the Post leading to thr base! So many states and installations have speed traps according to Escort radar. What matters is he knew exactly how to approach the case and felt very confident about the outcome yet still being honest that we had to go through the whole process and in my case it did prevail justas he predicted! I'll gladly accept the outcome with no impact on my insurance. This is just one of many positive reviews you'll read, but this a very honest review from an former 1st Sgt!

I've never seen such a lack of effort in a "professional setting" my career is on the line and Andy didn't do anything but theorize what to do. He treated me more like I did it. He assumed I would retain him solely for need. He gave his opinion of how difficult it would be given there was no evidence. That might be true however he offered no real way ahead. No research was done and he had the packet the whole weekend. I sent emails to him which he never got because the website had incorrect information. Even if money was the only incentive, he expressed no real interest in money and that it was only a difficult situation rather than do anything. He asked about motives for people to say bad things about me. I'm not an expert in law but I thought that was his job to offer direction or help to understand this. I told him any and all information I had. My story never changed. He made it seem like quantity of accusations was more important than truth. I told him anyone could just make up stuff and as long as more than one person believes it that made the case. How he is in charge of people's legal info or situations like this is baffling to me. It cost $50 just for the consultation in which he did nothing. Other law firms work on contingency and at lead offer a consultation to see if there is even a case. My friend asked about civil suits to which he replied his office doesn't do that which she researched online and said the office did in fact do it. Again misleading information. If the office doesn't help that way, that can be reasonable to accept except the fact he again put no effort into even researching it. He only responded by saying it would be difficult and I might not get anything even if I won. His name was given by another lawyer who has already been informed and will never recommend his name again especially people in a similar situation. His office doesn't even handle payments well. He and his secretary gave my friend bad info to pay. Her bank stopped payment as fraud when the attempt to pay occurred. Only after I asked for info from the secretary was I given info to pay correctly. Lawyers have had bad reputations due to money. He didn't seem to even care about money. He seemed so put out by my case. Do not seek help from this office. If you value freedom, money and real assistance, try a debate team member, at least they would be enthusiastic about testing their skills instead of ushering someone away just because it appears difficult even when I provide all the info and explanations

I can’t even put into words how much I recommend this law firm. “5 stars,” and or any amount of stars in general isn’t enough to describe how outstanding this law firm is. Andrew Dualan and his assistant Jeanine are the most wonderful human beings! They went above and beyond for me and my situation. They protected me, and my rights, in all regards, all while reassuring me in a prompt manor every step of the way. I was referred to Mr. Dualan by multiple lawyers in the area. I can see why now, after my own personal experience. I too will be recommending him far and wide. I was skeptical of whether I needed to hire an attorney or not - as most people usually are - as attorneys are expensive. However Mr. Dualans rates were extremely fair and on top of it he truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND reasonable measure fighting for me and my situation. He worked well past his going rate. It was literally the best money I’ve ever spent in my life. After months of persistence and effort Mr. Dualan was able to have a formal declination of charges drafted and signed for me. He was able to stop multiple charges from being brought against me. My entire situation was dropped all thanks to Mr. Dualan. Mr. Dualan even went so far as to attend a meeting with me, with NO notice at all, just hours before a holiday (Thanksgiving,) weekend. He spent hours fighting for me during that meeting, without hesitation or notice. At any point he could’ve given up on me, or my situation, but instead he persisted. He knew the facts of my case, and he knew them well. He knew the proper laws, processes, and procedure's to protect me and my rights. The opposing party was acting very arrogant and rude through the entire process and Mr. Dualan acted with class and respect. TRUST ME! I was you one day - reading through these reviews thinking over my options of whether I should hire Mr. Dualab or not and it was THE BEST decision I EVER made. My record remains completely clean as it always has been, all thanks to Mr. Dualan. He exceeds any and all expects I ever had for him. & I truly can’t recommend him enough.
