We are disappointed in this location. We called the forest city location and was transferred to the hickory location and paid the consultation fee to talk to an attorney then we were transferred back to forest city location and had to talk to another person there which she informed us that we would not be charged for that phone call for having to explain the situation again to another location and then next morning we had a invoice taking out of the $5050 trust we already paid for $187.50 for that phone call. Which were supposed to be credited the first $50 consultation fee since we retained the services and we were not. We asked them to listen to the phone recordings so they could see the lady said we wouldn’t be charged and they would not do it. So after the $500 setup and the two consultations we had to pay for its cost us $787.50 to explain our situation to two different locations which wasn’t our fault due to they transferred us back and forth which was out of our control. We have since requested a refund of the rest of what’s left in our trust and will be going elsewhere to retain services. Trust me we’re not saying they should do anything for free but you shouldn’t mislead someone and expect them to pay for your mistakes.
