Called today and spoke to Laney. She was very professional and helped me with everything I asked about! She went above and beyond to make sure every question I had was answered. She was very polite and knowledgeable! 5 Star service!

Laney assisted me over the phone when trying to get directions to the Forest City King Law location for my consultation, she was very polite and helpful in answering any questions I had on how to get there by providing landmark descriptions and gave me the full address so I could arrive for my appointment. She even let the attorney know that I could not find the location so I was running a few minutes behind to ensure my appointment would not get rescheduled or canceled due to me showing up late without notice.

When I went into the office, Brianna was very kind and courteous at the front desk. I appreciate her help!

Haley Dunn assisted me at King Law in forest city. She made me feel heard and answered all my tedious questions. I appreciated how patient and kind she was throughout the whole time. Definitely recommend her for any service there!

They overcharge, do not get results you ask for, and charge for things you didn't pre approve. They seem very careless, unempathetic, and just simply there for the money.

Customer service seems to be a bygone thing from the past in today's world. It's a concept that most company's claim they offer but very few live up to. Emily Hughes, with King law is the epitome of customer service. Kind, helpful, respectful, and more. She is worth triple her weight in gold. She is definitely a keeper. I made the decision to hire King Law Firm based solely on Emily's attitude. I hope that the attorney, (whom I have since met and am impressed with can take care of my issues). Thank you, Emily!
