Mr. White was very nice on the phone, but we were very disappointed when we went to the Forest City office. Not one Attorney available. All the Girls ask was, we need money now, before you make an appointment. Sadly, I can't recommend them. No help for the elderly.

I'm very unhappy with this law firm. Going to reach out to the North Carolina bar association and see what can be done. I was charged for things I shouldn't been charged for. I was charged differently for same about of hours/jobs. Sent out letters that were not approved by me. Niether letter had my demands. Never spoke to my lawyer after the first meeting. No one worked on my case for the first 30 days.

Attorney Alex Sherret was great to work with. He was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend him.

2 stars reason being as follows. 1. Consult with lawyer and me detailing what needs done quotes me 1500. 2. Approve move on to next stage he comes emails from a clio entity facilitating the messeging between lawyer and client. Get messaged by account manager 2x messaged back 2x set up a call and give info 15 to 20min call. 2 days later get 300+ bill. 3. Finally talk to lawyer go over all same info previously gone over with account manager consult lawyer now my lawyer for this case. Another 300+ bill 4. Get first thing done which is draft agreement. 700+ already over 1500 buget. Here I think you know just gonna cost maybe 1k more no biggie. 5. Commilunication here in there I.E messeges on Portal not much. 50 to 80 dollar bills here and therrle ask for document to be updated certain date. Get new draft back only updated first page the 60$ bill. 6. Fix it myself because I am realising at this point I should do everything myself. 7. Get document signed and sent back to attorney to address on my case file. Turns out not the office he is working out of sent for main office. No word no word ask if it was received. Figure out where it went yada yada time was another 60$ bill to find out what happen to my documents. Random another bill saying the reviewed and uploaded it for 35 or something. 8. Get message in clio and bill saying lawyer has now (reviewed) it ask me what I wanted to do retainer ran out 135 bill. This is where I ceased any further services with King Law. Now had I felt that I wasnt being used as some associates billables quota and that any communication with my lawyer was a waste of time I might have stayed. I see a lot of good reviews here but I dont feel that anywhere near matched my experiance Quality 2/5 Profesionality 4/5 Efficency 1/5 2.3/5 Overall

My experience with King Law has been very positive. All the staff has been gracious and helpful. They are working hard to help me with my problem.
