Used them as our closing attorney. They are NOT inexpensive. But we used them on the advice of our realtor. They incorrectly filled out and filed the deed. Had my wife not checked with the county 3 weeks later no one would have ever caught it. I understand people make mistakes, I do. But when I leave you FOUR voicemails over 3 days just asking to speak with someone with maybe an explanation, or a little advice as to how to proceed and NOT EVEN A RETURN CALL?! Absolutely inexcusable! It took them about a week to correct it. I had to babysit the county for the next two weeks to make sure it got posted correctly. Do not use them!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Exceptional, prompt service at a very reasonable cost. As a business owner and investor, I highly recommend working with them.

I am a local real estate agent and have used lots of attorneys through the years, but Morgan & Perry are at the top of my list. David and Nolan are down to earth people who are easy to get in touch with. They go out of their way to make things easier for you. Not to mention, their prices are better than anyone around! To date, I have dealt with four law-firms in the Triangle area. Morgan & Perry has proven to be the most reliable and most responsive among them. David Morgan is both pleasant and professional. He is an ethical individual, who actually reads and pays attention to his correspondence. He listens to his clients' needs and concerns prior to forming an opinion or a plan. Initially, I hired him to review the work of a previous lawyer. David identified, and proceeded to correct, a critical error in an essential state business filing. David has consistently made himself available for consultation and has even gone so far as to recommend the services of other professionals. Both my current accountant and electricians were found as a result of David's referrals.

Ideally located just minutes from both downtowns, their firm is just a quick drive (or a call) away.
