I've worked with Heyward for several real estate closings. He is thorough and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain every document that a client signs using common language and does a great job answering any questions they might have. I've had nothing but great experiences working with him and his team.

My husband and I sought services for estate planning with Leslie Jones via ARAG insurance. We had an initial consultation and were advised of timeline for documents to be completed. Leslie Jones was non-responsive and did not perform the work that she was supposed to based on our consultation. I had to contact ARAG and complain in order to get her to respond. After which, she still failed to perform the work she promised. She gave an excuse of personal issues, we gave her additional time to complete the work, but nothing was done. I do not trust that she was ever working on our case. I do not recommend working with this law office.

Attorney Heyward is awesome. He's a down to earth and genuine attorney so you don't feel intimidated. Support staff, Emily is great also

Poor service. I contacted this office to support with a traffic ticket and they confirmed during the initial consultation that they would support me with my case. After more than 1 week trying to get a confirmation that they had all the documentation needed, they came back saying they would not represent me. They made me lose 1 week while I could be working with a different company and were not upfront in telling me they were not interested in my business. I don't recommend this office for anyone.

Awesome attorney who gets the job done. We have worked with Mr. Wall and his team for over a decade and have always been impressed with their professionalism and care.

Very disappointed with their service. Case open for one year and still not one returned phone call. Every receptionist says they have informed lawyer of calls.
