Lance Williams did a great job explaining his action plan and this put my thoughts at ease. Very thankful to have hired Lance for my DUI charge. I received the best outcome by having the charges reduced. I highly recommend Lance, he helped me greatly.

I had the pleasure of working with Lance. I am amazed by the effort he put in on this case and had a 200% better outcome than expected. I was automatically placed at a level 1 due to being pulled over while the kids were in the car along with my spouse at the time, this was back in 2020. I appeared for my court date on 11/23. He made the process smooth as can be and did everything he could to get me the least amount of time etc. Normally Gaston county likes to give up to 4 months of jail time, but this wasn't the case for me. I had a good clean record and driving history, I followed his plan the best I could. I blew a 0.8 and it's unfortunate that the only reason that I was stopped, was because I was driving over the speed limit. Lance provides you with a well-thought-out plan that he requires you to complete, unfortunately, I could not complete the inpatient alcohol services, because I believe if I did I would not have gotten the little time I did receive. I am free to write this post, and not locked up at this time so this should tell you something. He's the best! I know every case is different and every outcome is different, but I want people to know that with the right attorney, such as Lance you are able to possibly keep your job. Just a little background, I have never been in trouble before and this was my 1st DUI and it was an automatic level one. Good driving record, and no criminal history. I followed his plan as well except for being in the inpatient alcoholism program. With this being said, I received 10 days of jail time, which can be done on the weekends and or holidays that I do not have to work, 18 months of supervised probation and I have to wear an alcohol monitor for 28 more days because I wore one for a few months already. This is a blessing for me to be able to continue working and being there for my kids. Everyone makes mistakes and when you have someone by your side as trustworthy and as loyal as Mr. Lance Williams, just know, you are not alone and he will fight for you till the very end. Without the right representation, it could have been WORST!!! Thank you, Mr. Lance Williams, I will continue to bring people that need your services in your direction.

Mr. Williams took on my case for DUI in NC and he immediately got into action. He always kept me apprised on the court proceedings, and he had a game plan to tackle the case. I had a speeding violation in the Gaston County and i did not know how to deal with it since so many lawyers were reaching out to me. I endd up going with Lance and i am so glad that i did. Mia kept me updated the whole time the case was active. They got the violation reduced and i ended up getting no points on my license! My case was based on my X retaliation for DSS involvement initiated by me and my family and for good reasons. In retaliation she made up a false charge and used this to gain a restraining order and received emergency custody. Problem is there was no truth to her argument so instead of showing evidence she would make herself look like a battered and abused wife to anyone she could. Lance helped to get the restraining order changed and the oral threats charge dismissed. Currently he is working on expungement of dismissed and dropped charges. His legal fees are moderate and he does a good job staying in control of the situation. I would hire him again in the future if I’m ever in a situation requiring criminal defense.

Highly recommend attorney Lance Williams! He was very honest from the beginning by telling us what to expect all throughout the process Abe passed no judgement. In the end our charge was greatly reduced. If not for his knowledge and determination we feel certain there would have been a very different outcome.
