Terrible customer service. Does not advocate for the buyer at all. Refused to accept a certified check for a measly 7,000 dollars ans in the middle of closing made me go to the bank and do a wire transfer. Waste of time and money with these attorneys. Just an awful experience all around.

Hanse and Hance is great. Keith is very knowledgeable and very polite. From the moment you walk through the door to Amber then Keith, they are by far the best. Thanks again for all the help..

Trustworthy people

the are scam artist , i spoke with amber she first told me we wont have title insurance cause the property has issues so i agreed , the fees was suppose to be 400 plus 150 title insurance , so if there was suppose not to be title insurance my fees for closing was suppose to be $400 so when they send me the hud documents it shows 1000$ apparently small documents they right email they send me they charge $300 which were never disclosed i had huge argument with them so she threathen so put judgement against me , this is bullying attitude from this company , avoid them at any cost or be in my position .. losing your money and sleep i wish someone who had problem with this company could have wrote a proper review to save my money .

The sale of my property closed more than 42 hours ago and STILL have not received my funds. I am told that they had a problem but I don't understand why their problem was my problem. They did not bother to contact me to discuss the matter. The only time I was informed of anything was when I called them to inquire and I was given a different story each time. That is not good customer service......and I am still waiting on my $$$$$.
