A Goldsboro Police officer ran through an intersection in his patrol car on a red light with no siren on and hit my vehicle with my 9 year old son and I in the car. I submitted the accident report after it took the Goldsboro Police Department 5 days to send it to me, and I also submitted the accident photos. It’s been two weeks. Every time I call the law firm they have the secretary send me to voicemail just to not return my phone call. I can’t even get a lawyer to call me back with any information. Not proactive whatsoever.

John Agner was amazing handling my DWI case. The Goldsboro PD tried throwing in 3 additional charges which were untrue and he faught for months for me. Not only did he get the three additional charges dropped, he also was able to get my DWI reduced to carless driving. I can’t thank him enough for going to bat for me and taking my case seriously and not charging me an arm and leg to do it! 10/10 recommend him!
