I tried to hire this firm to help me with a car accident I was in a few months ago. This law firm gave me inaccurate information and as a result my license was in jeopardy. They refused to accept responsibility and instead said it was my fault and to go find someone else to help me. Rudest people I have ever met. I would be scared to trust them with anything important because they didn’t great me with respect or take care of my issue. I was truly floored that such horrible customer service even existed because I have never been spoken to so rudely.

Even with the odds stacked against me based on my past Miss Jackson believed in me and justice prevailed. She fights for what’s right and is very professional. I meet with several family law attorneys and I’m glad I chose Miss Jackson to represent me. She’s 100% committed and very passionate about her job. Wow, sorry to see someone can be so harsh to such a wonderful lady. Kristy Jackson is by far the hardest working attorney I know to do the right thing in this crazy judicial system. Life is not always made easy for the underdog of clients, but when it comes to doing the right thing this is the one you will want on your side.I am so happy to know my grandchildren are now in a safe house. So sorry guy below had a bad experience but..... Let me tell you now that Kristy Jackson is by far the most pleasant, professional, outgoing, respectful, down to earth attorney/woman I have ever came in contact with. I didn't know her from a hole in the ground before she represented my husband. I am so glad I called her and chose her to represent us! She will go above and beyond to fight for you and she is the very reason my step children have a better life living with me and their Dad. We gave her the evidence she needed and she done a fantastic job, doing what she loves!! It's not just a job for her, it's her passion, to fight for people like us!! I will never consider using anyone else EVER again for any of my legal needs as long as she is still around. She is an AWESOME attorney and a great person... They helped us close on our house, Mr Womble and Anne were beyond helpful.

The secretarial services are not service based or any form of understanding or compassion for people with disabilities. When requested a break from phone conference due to fatigue a Secretary was permitted to talk rudely & submitted my documents not awaiting til I tested & called back the next day. When a polite voice mail was left with the overseeing attorney as to my disability & her abrupt rudeness no call returned. The attorney then mailed a disassigned from the case letter. Riddle & Brantley gave me the sincere customer service & understanding & patience needed to complete the information. Do not take business here if you're not able to argue back & take up for yourself & suffer from disabilities.

Horrible firm. Kristy Jackson is a liar, she will manipulate words to attempt to fool you. She will cover up criminal offences committed by herself. She has been reprimanded by the NC Bar.
