Did not get back to me in a timely manner about not being able to help with my case. I do not recommend.

This law firm was incredibly professional from start to finish. They delivered on every level. I was dealing with serious traffic matters and called Michelle at the law office and she was nothing less than awesome. Very responsive and attentive and best of all they kept me up to date the whole way through. Their fees are very reasonable and more than fair. If you are facing traffic charges from mild to wild you owe it to yourself to retain their counsel. My outcome was perfect! They are the most professional and personable people I have ever dealt with. You have all you need with this firm! To Michelle and all the staff I say thank you.

Great law firm to work with! They were able to work with me to get my mothers speeding ticket dismissed. Michelle was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs and questions.

If you are an unfortunate out of state driver who receives a speeding violation in Alamance County, I most certainly recommend Smith Giles for the help you will need. When the officer who writes your citation (unmasked) lets you know of your court date and you respond with surprise, he will surely put you at ease letting you know "it's ok, you can get an attorney to show up for you." His concern was only trumped by the billboard just minutes after resuming my long trip home- " Got ticketed? Call 1.800.XXXX" Quite reassuring! In all seriousness... of the 10 legal solicitations waiting in my mail, Smith Giles was the ONLY one to indicate I may be eligible for a dismissal AND they were able to grant it. Also, very pleasant, helpful and courteous Michelle was a pleasure to speak with! T

Started out with Rick Champion then Robert Giles took over case. My son was told that there was several things that could be done for him. We paid 1500.00 for absolutely nothing. Never returned calls did not do one thing to help my son. My son asked if he got time would he be able to do it on the weekends, Giles told him I don’t have time to discuss this with you. Went to court and my son was threw under the bus. The lawyer did nothing at all. When you are poor that much money is hard to come up with. The public defender he had in another case did a whole lot better for him. I will never hire this firm again. I went with them because they talked a good game, the fee was also higher than other places but I was told you get what you pay for. Free was much better than what I paid for.
