I am originally from the state of Florida and I happen to be visiting the state of North Carolina a few months back when I got pulled over by a state trooper and given a seatbelt ticket being in the passenger seat. I researched online for an attorney and I came upon Mr. Cox and telephoned his office and spoke to a wonderful lady by the name of Laura who was very pleasant very helpful she understood my situation and even gave me a discount on the services they provide understanding that I was in a difficult situation and was not able to pay the ticket nor the assistance of the attorney in full. Today not only that she called me but because she was not able to get a hold of me she even sent me an email assuring me that my ticket has been dismissed wow I have never had an attorney dismiss a ticket for me before what a great job to this office I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs any services in the state of North Carolina or visitor from any other state who mega have got cited in North Carolina to sector services. Great job well done!

Returned my call and left friendly vmail with information. After realizing who had called I immediately called back before realizing she had left message. She seemed annoyed that I didn't listen to the message and was very rude when I was asking for information.

Best lawyer for a traffic citation. His assistant is very helpful and keeps you up to date in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

A few hours after I got my speeding ticket I called John W. Cox’s office and spoke to an incredibly sweet woman named Laura. She assured me that they could get my ticket completely dismissed, and rest assured a few days later they did just that. I cannot say enough good things about this office! I would recommend them to anyone who needs help in this department!!!
