Very positive experience with Brad Buchanan...he achieved a most favorable outcome for my traffic (speeding) citation. His staff, Mindy, was incredibly communicative, keeping me informed all along the way leading up to and after the court case, for which I didn't have to be present. Mr. Buchanan represented me in a most professional manner and would highly recommend him.

I met with Brad's paralegal/secretary (not sure which she was) rather than Brad. I had a speeding ticket for 20 mph over the speed limit. I was just hoping to get it reduced to a level that wouldn't cause my insurance to sky rocket, but I was very surprised when I was later contacted to say Brad was able to get my ticket completely thrown out. They said this was possible, but I wasn't holding out much hope for it. Getting Brad's help on this was cheaper than what I would have had to pay for court costs alone (nearly $300!!) not to mention the thousands saved in increased insurance premiums! Highly recommended!

I haven't had a violation in 11months, and was looking forward to get 2points off my record in the following month and then i Got ticketed for 64/55 in a work zone. i hired attorney cox because i wanted to delay the conviction so i can qualify for the 2points removal after 12 month violation free. they got the ticket dismissed and saved me money and another 2points on my record.
