Scott was very informed and up to date on my issue. He sited case after case that confirmed the judgement we were seeking was the correct one. The poor DA didn't know how to respond to or rebuttal what Attorney Coalter's defense of my situation. I would hire him again in a NY minute. He is also very reasonable with his rates. He and Mira are first class and very professional. Thank you both so very much!!!

His Paralegal Mayra she is always on top of her game with fast responses and quick turnaround. She is very knowledgeable. I love the fact that they speak Spanish as well.

I came across Mr. Coulter after the poor representation that I received from a state public defender. I was unfortunately facing two serious Felony charges that could have landed me in jail for at least twenty years. I called and called attorneys all over triad area and was met with the same result. Majority of the attorneys that I called either pushed me off to a paralegal or quoted me a large amount of money that I did not have. Long and behold, when I felt all hope was lost, I came across Mr. Coalter. He was attentive and he took the time to listen to me. He treated me as if I was innocent and not as if I was just another person saying they were innocent. Mr. Coalter took the time to explain things, he was diligent and he was prepared. Always..He returned phone calls and emails, he met with me when I needed reassurance and he followed through on everything that he said. He made sure I was prepared for court from my attire, to my testimony and my body language. He put things in perspective and made sure I understood the process. He followed my will and never pushed me to take a plea "just because it would have been easier". Mr. Coalter is the quintessential sounthern man, and when it came time for court he was someone that I would not want to challenge, lol. Mr. Coalter was thoroughly prepared for court. He listens with a third ear, he takes diligent notes, he comes prepared with case law and brings copies for the judge and most importantly he cross examines and builds a case like the professional that he is. I could go on and on about how much Mr. Coalter has done for me in terms of giving me my life back. I am forever grateful to Mr. Coalter and his entire staff for their professionalism, patience, and for taking a chance on me. If you ever find yourself in a unfortunate circumstance, this is man you want sitting next to you.
