I received a speeding ticket deemed reckless driving while traveling through Greensboro on my way to Duke Medical Center for a family medical emergency. I live 4+ hours away in SC and it was not convenient for me to travel back and forth to NC for the various court appearances. After researching and speaking to several law firms, I chose to use the services of Jim and his team...and boy, I'm glad I did. Jim called me personally to discuss my options. He put me at ease about the court procedures and was confident he could get my charges reduced, which he did. Jim and his staff were friendly and very responsive to all of my questions, via calls and emails, and made my "out of town" experience so much easier. I highly recommend this team to anyone requiring legal assistance.

Jim is an excellent lawyer and extremely undervalued with what he charges, which is amazing for his clients. He is by far the best lawyer I’ve ever had. I met Jim 3 years ago when I received a DUI and I’ve come to him on several occasions with speeding tickets since then. I will never consider another lawyer as long as Jim is still practicing. He delivers a high level service at a fraction of the cost. Most recently I received two 30+ mph tickets in the same month, by the same cop.. I should’ve been taken to jail or at minimum lost my license. Jim reduced one ticket and got the DA to completely drop the other. Unheard of. If you’re looking for a lawyer, please do yourself a favor and look no further. I guarantee Jim will take care of you.

I got a traffic ticket for speeding out of state. He appeared in court on my behalf and pled the ticket down to a minor violation with only a required driving course and no expected points off my license. I really appreciate it!

Jim honestly seemed to care about my case. He took time to listen. He gave me his professional advice but he also cared about what I wanted to happen. He took the time to talk to everyone we needed to talk to about the case and I never felt rushed or hurried. Having him there with me in court made such a difference .
