Eric was incredibly with his communication and explaining important information to me throughout the process. I felt comfortable with him during each step and always felt he had my best interested in mind. I will certainly use Eric again with any legal matters in the future, and I would recommend him to close friends and family.

When I first met with Eric Richardson, I thought he was a godsend, and I was extremely grateful that he had agreed to help me when I had nowhere else to turn. I was very much sorely mistaken. He was nice enough during our consultation, and I was optimistic. Unfortunately, I was then passed to his colleague, Molly Hilburn-Holte, and it was all downhill from there. From that first day meeting with her on, I was always made to feel alone, left in the dark about what was going on, treated like I was naive and incompetent, and once again I was hopeless. Then it got worse. Between my experience with these people and the overall general experience with the family court in the Guilford County Court system, I have completely lost any and all faith in our justice system. I guess I really was naive! Thinking that having integrity, doing what's right, and telling the truth would give me the upper hand in my case, over having money and being deceitful? Yes. I was definitely dreaming. Especially when it's ALL supposed to be about what's best for children. I was very wrong and I am left completely jaded. Don't bother contacting them here for help unless you've got the big bucks to back up whatever you need them for. If you don't, I'm sorry to say, you are out of luck for ANYONE that's willing to do a good job to help you in Guilford County, regardless of your situation.

Ms Hilburn-Holt is an exceptional attorney, her skills and mindset are outstanding and superb to say the least. She is superior in relation to other attorneys and prosecutors around the country. She is a tiger in the court room and will go for the jugular. Throughout the time - before and during my trial, I was covered 100%, in other words I had no anxiety about a verdict of conviction and certainly no premonitions that I had hired the wrong attorney,. My charges were completely dismissed, then expunged immediately. If I were charged with another crime even facing a life sentence, I'd pray Ms. Hilburn-Holte would represent me. She is a Hot Shot Attorney and at the top Echelon of anything she touches.

I had a child custody situation that i needed help with. The service was above and beyond and will certainly be using Mr. Richardson and his team in the future when needed.

Eric Richardson is simply the best. He assisted me with my Child Custody agreement, which was one of the most stressful times in my life. He was caring, compassionate and professional. He came up with a solution for my family that worked well for us, for many years. He accomplished what I thought would be next to impossible, in a fairly short amount of time. I highly recommend Eric and his company. I felt like I was in the most knowledgeable and capable hands possible!
