Daniel was very thorough with my father and even though he couldn't gaurantee the outcome, he showed compassion from the beginning to the very end of the case. He fought for my father and won! Daniel Harris got my DWI dismissed, which is rare in the state of NC. We went to trial for my case, and Daniel did his thing, he made a very good argument and the judge had no choice but to dismiss the charge. This firm was extremely easy to work with. They took care of my pressing matter immediately then represented me in court twice without raising their originally quoted fees. Long Post Alert: In Feb 2020, I received a ticket for a false violation that could've landed me with a nasty criminal background and all because the cop was having a "bad day". The severity of the charge led me to reach out to several attorneys in the area and to no avail, everyone either declined to help me fight a charge that I knew that I was not guilty of, or they were charging unreasonable prices to help. After so many declines, I was running out of options and feeling discouraged. But I didn't give up. One of the last offices I reached out to was Clifford & Harris. I spoke with Andrew, we went over the details from start to finish. He listened and advised that there was no guarantee but I did have a really strong case.. To my surprise, two years later, my charge was dismissed and I feel such a huge relief! A huge thank you to you and your staff for all of your help, for listening, for being reasonable with your prices, and just making me feel like I had a chance.
