I live outside of NC and I was in a situation where I was being sued by someone from NC and needed to obtain a NC lawyer. I got extremely lucky by finding Grant Sigmon. He talked me through the suit, explained everything in a clear and concise manner and provided me a path that aligned with my own desires. He listened to my needs, heard me and acted accordingly. Best of all, he charged me a very reasonable rate and I always felt he had my best interests at heart. If you have law needs in NC, I would highly reccomend Sigmon Klein Bennington, PLLC. Did a short consultation with this attorney, she wasn’t helpful at all! Wouldn’t recommend!

First off, you will never speak to the lawyer herself or get any response to emails. Makes you pay $300 and then tells you she can’t do anything for you within 10 minutes of the consultation. Never provided resources that she had promised. Don’t waste your money on her as she is a scam. Good practices will tell you they can’t do anything for you before overcharging! Don’t trust this practice!

Grant Sigmon is my favorite attorney ever! He literally spoke to me on the phone when I first called the office to ask for help (once again). He was kind and empathetic. He invited me into the office to further discuss the scenario just a few days later. Grant and Robert Trimble worked tirelessly to ensure that we covered every detail of my case prior to mediation. I felt very prepared and confident with their support through the whole process. I was comfortable asking questions, as I truly felt that they cared not only for my case, but for myself as a human being. Their prices are very fair and resonable. And, I am ecstatic about the outcome of the case! Would most definitely recommend (and already have)! 100 stars!

Professional communication, reliable and friendly!

I worked with Mr Klein on a Litigation case as a plaintiff, I met with Mr Klein and we discussed the case and what impressed me the most about him he listened to me very well, to my concerns and gave me a very sound legal advice. He was NOT pushy at all. We worked on the case for a while and during this time, I felt very comfortable and trusting him with my case for several reasons, he always answered and returned my phone calls very quickly, and responded to my emails in a short period of time. His fees were very responsible and he did not charge me left and right. He always put my self interest ahead of his, he is very knowledgeable with the law and very competent and excellent experienced lawyer, and the same qualities for his entire team and staff.
