How hard is it to get security cam footage? Too hardfor this guy. Nothing filed. So called restricted driving was never filed. I cannot get a license ever again in the US for sleeping in a car so as not to drive. Also witnessed the officer beat up a woman. Nothing. Should have paid somone else.

I hired Betty in February for a custody case that lasted from February until September. In that time I had constant and meaningful contact about my case. Betty jumped right on my case from the moment I retained her. She listened to me and communicated the law clearly and effectively so that I understood what was going on at all times. She was polite and always asked how my son was doing, which made the experience less stressful for me. I felt at ease with her because of how she balanced professionalism while still being personable. I prevailed in my motion to dismiss because of Betty’s effort and experience. He let his apparently blind client down by pointing out where he wanted his client to go. He should have realised that would get a lot of people asking questions as to whether client is really blind. Not sure if Attorney knows he is not blind and has effectively broken client/Attorney privilege.
