Cons
1
Lack of transparency in providing fee estimates prior to consultation
“I think it's important for consumers to be able to get an estimate of the fees for an attorney to perform specific services for them on their behalf prior to moving forward. I called Andraos Law to get an estimate from Kristy Andraos for the cost to restructure my 93 year old mother-in-law's will. After she quoted us her fee, we agreed by email to move forward with a consultation appointment, for which the fee would be applied towards the cost of the services provided. After four days of no response from Ms. Andraos with regards to setting up an appointment, she finally sent us an email stating that she does not normally give estimates of fees prior to the consultation appointment, and for this reason, she would be declining to work with us.”
