We hired Kathryn Lindley to handle a legal issue for us and was led on for months Nov. 2018 until April 2019 being assured this matter would be handled by her paralegal, Brenda. We received an email in April that basically left us hanging after we had spent endless hours and money thinking she was handling this legal issue and would get this resolved. Very disappointed! This is the second time we hired her for a legal issue only to be disappointed. We hired her a few years back to place a lien on a property we completed work on and was never paid. Once again their office dropped the ball and put a lien on a property that had already been sold because they had neglected to research it as it had already been sold so we never was able to recoup our money from the property. However she took our money and didn’t satisfactorily complete the job. My husband approached her office about this situation and after the office researched it they gave us a “credit” not a refund of payment. Our most recent legal issue has resulted in us hiring a new attorney because their office didn’t do what we had been promised they would for months. The new attorney we have hired has already gotten more done in 3 weeks than this office did in months. Not to mention it would take days to get a reply to an email or a return phone call. I would highly suggest doing your research before hiring this office and hire an attorney that will work for you. We have not only been disappointed once but twice by this firm. Very disappointed!
