Ward Black Law represented me in a Family law matter and having used other attorneys in the past, I have to say they are the most professional and courteous firm I've ever worked with. From the time I walked in the front door, they made me feel like I was their most important client. The attention to detail and the effort put forth was amazing. Most importantly, they really cared about my situation and worked very hard being the advocate that I needed. I called on 7/5/2016 to get some information about an upcoming court case. I am unfamiliar with this process and was calling to get some insight. I spoke with a paralegal who was extremely rude and kept cutting me off every chance that she got. She was very rude and very adamant that she was right in her statement but if she would have let me finish, she would have had updated information which would in turn would have helped me out. I hope this is not a reflection on everyone that works at that office but this was a horrible experience.

Hindsight being 20/20, as father going through a difficult divorce & custody battle, I should have started with another firm.

It's rare that I would take some time to right a review, however given the unparalleled, white glove service WBL provided my wife, I felt compelled to share our profoundly positive experience with this VERY talented firm. Growing up in a family of trial attorneys, to include plantiff, I find that I can be a bit discriminatory in this category. My wife Jennifer and I would have ZERO reservations in recommending this firm, if you require counsel. In 2015 my wife and I were hit by a profoundly inebriated individual, having reached 3x the legal limit, we are lucky to be alive. Ward Black Law recently represented us in a car accident claim. With limited experience with law firms, we have to say they were very professional and detail oriented.
