UPDATE: I was asked to call and speak with the lady in the reply and I did so on April 6th 2023 at 12:38pm. I did leave a message. Today is the 11th of April and I still have not heard from them, confirming their lack of communication. I do not normally post negative reviews but I feel strongly about this one. Their policy states 24-48 hours and it's now been almost two months as today is April 11th! It took over a month just to get a call from them. They stated their policy was to call back in 24-48 hours. I called 4 times in the course of over 30 days. I don't think that's excessive. Finally after waiting over a month I was able to get them on the phone. Never heard from them again. Communication skills are not great in my opinion. They were once amazing. I suggest going somewhere else. I wish it was a better experience but it just wasn't.

Gabe is AMAZING! He helped me receive a settlement after my car accident. No, wait, he didn't 'help me': he did it!! I wouldn't have been able to do this on my own, and I don't think there is anyone out there that would have been better. He walked me through everything that I needed to do to get the best outcome possible, explained everything every step of the way and even sent me strawberries!!
