I contacted them on 12/14 and did the intake call and I have never heard back from anyone! I would look for another attorney.

After waiting there over 20 minutes, I was told were busy and someone would call me. Never happened..even after I called and spoke to receptionist again.

Held my case for over two years but did not prepare a case. Literally showed up with a blank legal pad and asked me for my surgery dates minutes before arbitration. They forfeited my $300,000 UIM coverage. Two neck discs and fused from the base of neck to pelvis. I got $9000 and it took over a year to get that. I chose Ward Black because of their community involvement, now I regret it.

My experience with workers compensation before hiring Ward Black Law was tumultuous at best. It took months for reviews and dozens of doctors visits with no progression. Once I retained this law firm everything went into over drive. What took months, took minutes. It was amazing how quickly the insurer began to take my case seriously once they were retained.
