I cannot possibly say enough great things about Jessica. Jessica represented me through my divorce and helped guide me through some challenging issues with my 3 children. She was completely transparent, honest, open, supportive, nonjudgmental, and knows her stuff! I would put her up against any attorney in the world. From the moment I first met with Jessica, I knew she was heaven sent. Her professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, authenticity, and kindness, combined with the fact that she’s just an all around great human, makes her so special and rare in today’s world. Jessica always had my best interest at heart and I had complete confidence in her from start to finish. If you need an attorney, this is the firm for you! From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and my situation was taken very seriously. I initially met with Ms. Jessica Culver who assured me they would work with me to a resolution and protect all my rights in the process, which is exactly what they did for me. My main team was attorney Ms. Savannah Williamson along with paralegal Ms. Phyllis Martin. They communicated with me from the start until the resolution of my case. Anytime I had a question, whether very important or inconsequential, I always received a response in a very timely manner. The law is very complicated but everything, sometimes every word, was explained to me until I completely understood. They are not a fee driven firm. Their main priority is to help their clients, and they do that so graciously, yet fight very hard for you in all situations. They took me from being over my head and stressed to the max, to being able to trust them completely. The office support staff is a real asset to the firm as well. You are greeted by your name with smiles, kindness and assistance as needed. You can tell that everyone at the firm really cares about their clients, and it shows in many ways. I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to them. You can stop your search for an attorney firm, you have found the best!

I was referred to Ms. Culver by my local attorney, who thought she would be a good match for my concerns. I have been very satisfied with Ms. Culver & all of her associates in that firm. Any questions have been answered & suggestions appreciated. I would use her office again if needed. Thankfully my situation has not moved to litigation at this time. I do think that the costs associated with hireing this firm are out of reach for the average person. But, no such thing as good & cheap.

Jessica went above and beyond for my child custody case. She was always a click away via email, and never once did i have to wait hours or even days for a response. She kept me informed at all times with any updates on my case, and was very understanding about my wants. This is the second time i have used Dummit Fradin, and I refuse to use anyone else but Jessica. She was able to consult with the opposing party in a very professional way, and won my case.

Jessica Culver is a Godsend. We hired her on September 8, 2020 to help our son gain joint custody of our grandson. We had not seen our grandson since August 16, 2020. Jessica was very compassionate and comforting as my son and I told her the situation with my grandson’s mother. We tried for emergency custody but the judge refused our motion. Jessica had prepared us for this outcome and she had a strong contingency plan. The defendant changed residences and quit her job to avoid service. Eventually she was served, but then she failed to appear in court. She was ordered to produce our grandson but when she finally appeared it was without him. Jessica prepared a contempt motion which finally made the defendant see the light. Jessica and her team prepared a fair joint custody agreement that the defendant eventually signed after obtaining her own counsel. Jessica arranged for us to meet privately with our grandson in a conference room at the courthouse after the hearing on November 30, 2020. It was like Christmas came early. My son’s joint custody began on December 4, 2020. We were able to spend Christmas with our grandson and it was the best Christmas ever. Jessica was promptly and prepared at every hearing, she has responded to every question and she has truly been a top notch professional. I am a retired law enforcement commanding officer but I have never dealt with custody issues. All I know is if anyone needs help with a custody case Jessica Culver would be my number one recommendation. This is our first and only grandchild and to not be able to see him was agonizing. My family and I thank Jessica from the bottom of our hearts!!!

I hired Jessica to create a complicated emergency post nuptial agreement, made even more complicated by my spouse also being an attorney.
