I first contacted this law firm in August of 2019. I paid the attorney 250 consultation fee to handle my case which would be taken off the price once I hired him. COVID hit and the attorney resigned along with my consultation fee. I then went to the Greensboro location and spoke with Jesisca Culver. I once again paid another consultation fee. She then quoted me 3500 to start the process paperwork and mediation. I followed her steps which is why she is getting a second star. We entered mediation cut throat over custody of my child. After mediation aside from court we were able to come to an agreement that worked for both of us. Jessica stated she would withdraw unless I gave her another 3,000. At this point I only needed her to tell the judge we have an agreement so we could have the paperwork we signed be formal for the courts. Due to covid physical court was cancelled and an email was sent out to the law office of Jessica Culver Dummit Fadin which contained a link to video join court. They NEGLECTED to notify me or to forward that message to me. I went to the court house this morning to my surprise court was shut down. I had to obtain the information from my childs mother in order to not miss court today. To my surprise Jessica was on the video call as well. You would think after $3,500 your attorney would have the decency to contact you letting you know about a court hearing change. I was forwarded the email sent by the clerk of court and it only included Jessica Culver's email. I guess each case is only a paycheck. I would find another attorney who cares alittle more about her clients.

I have to say that Mr. Apple with Dummit Fradin did what he said he would for me. In no time I could drive again thanks to him. Thanks again..

I ran into a misdemeanor that could've resulted in jail time, received mail from Dummit Fradin requesting representation and ended up hiring Patrick. He and his paralegals fought hard on my behalf throughout several unexpected continuances of my case and the coronavirus pandemic momentarily shutting down NC's judicial system. They were also prompt in responding to any e-mails I sent regarding updates or questions. The end result was my case getting voluntarily dismissed. Couldn't be happier with the outcome and would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a criminal defense attorney.
