I hired Krispen to defend a false criminal allegation against me. He worked behind the scenes to convince the arresting officer it was false and to drop the charge. Amazingly, the officer wouldn't let it go. So, we proceeded to trial where the case was dismissed. I appreciate his efforts leading up to and including the trial. And I feel the legal fees were very reasonable. I have retained Krispen to have the charge expunged.

Mr. Culbertson handled several traffic matters on my behalf. He went to another county in NC. He was able to resolve 3 out of 4 matters and had the 4th matter reduced to a non moving violation. By doing so he saved me a significant amount of money in fines as well as keeping my driving record from accumulating points and raising my insurance rates. He is effective and responsive.
