I hired Adam Arthur to represent me in my custody case, a decision I do not regret in the slightest. If you are in need of an attorney, I highly recommend Adam Arthur and his firm. I would strongly encourage you to choose them. His representation of me, my interests, and my rights were incredible, and he put me in a much better position than before I hired him. He adequately assessed and protected my rights and privileges as a father. He always communicated with me about the status of my case, often informing me of changes in the case far ahead of time. He corrected issues made by other law firms for the same matters, and was well worth the money spent. Adam and his staff and partner are incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. You’ll be well represented with Arthur and Kirkman. They are one of the best options in Greensboro.

I would give this place -5 stars if I could. I have called this law firm at least 88 times spoke to them 14 times then I NEVER heard back. I ended up having to pay 6 million in fines because they told me they would represent me and then never got back to me.

Met with Mr. Arthur on December 28th about a pending court matter. Mr. Arthur seemed very professional and eager to take my case, but sadly, that was just an illusion. I was told to wait a week for them to get all of the paperwork ready to send over to me so that I can retain Mr. Arthur. A week went by, then two and three weeks. I have reached out to his office multiple times as well as stop by so that I can get the necessary information to retain his services. Nothing! Completely ghosted me. Everyone is entitled to a change of mind, sure, but why not just have your office inform me? I'd strongly suggest to seek council elsewhere.

Completely untrustworthy. I scheduled a consultation for a pending court date, Mr. Arthur said he would take my case, shook his hand and never heard from him or his office again. Completely ghosted me. I reached out to his office numerous times, as well as showed up in person again, and not a peep. If this guy can't give you a straight answer to your face, I can't even imagine how he would handle a legal case.

Everyone is polite and professional. Dean really helped me with what to expect. He related to me on a personal level as well. I def feel like a valued customer!

Being injured is really tough when you have to file a worker’s compensation claim. You are treated like a number no matter how long you have worked for someone. Margaret Rowlett was my attorney through this process and I don’t think I would have made it if not for her. She is very compassionate for her client and what they are going through.
