I emailed Mr. Nelson to ask if we could set up a time to meet in order to go over title information on a property we were trying to purchase. I asked what his fees were and since the fees were higher than other title and escrow companies we decided not to meet and never agreeed to the fees or services. We also never received a title report. Today, randomly, we received a bill for $225 the day after Christmas! We never met, never received any services and never agreed to services, verbally or written. This is poor business practice and also feel that, as a lawyer, Mr. Nelson has poor ethics.
