Mr. O'Hale did a masterful job for us. He explained possible outcomes and then artfully exceeded them. When went to trial and he repeatedly showed his knowledge of the law and cross examined shrewdly. I would highly recommend him.

Robert O'hale is an excellent lawyer, he was always extremely prompt in getting back to me a. He also made me feel safe and secure. I was charged with a DWI last year, and he was fairly confident he could help me. He quickly realized my rights were violated and the stop was unlawful. The court case took a while because of COVID, but ultimately it was thrown out due to his excellent knowledge of the law! I don't think any other lawyer in Greensboro could have done a better job. Every other lawyer suggested I take a plea deal, Mr. O'hale is willing to fight for you and put the time in to build you a case! I owe him my life!

After receiving a very frustrating and borderline unethical speeding ticket in Guilford County, I was referred to Robert O'Hale by my local Attorney who I trust without reservation. I was cautioned by both Attorneys that this would be a difficult issue to handle and I did not have an expectation of fairness from the Courts with this particular ticket. Mr. O'Hale advised me to take a deep breath, let him do his job and quit fixating on "the principal" of the situation. He completed demonstrated his full understanding of the Courts, had a unique ability to persuade me to "calm down" and was successful at achieving an outcome that was apparently acceptable to all concerned but most importantly exceeded my expectations. I will strive to never require the services of an Attorney in Guilford County again, but if I fail at that goal; I will immediately call Robert O'Hale.

To start off with I got charged with a DUI and hired another lawyer that ended up taking another job and giving all his cases to Robert O'Hale. I was concerned with this at first, but once meeting with Robert I felt very good about having him as a lawyer. I had multiple conversations with Robert about my case. Every time I called Robert he would answer or call me back. He gave me more information and incite on my case than my first lawyer. He was very informative on how we were going to go about handling it. I told him I wanted to take my case to trial. He is a very good trial lawyer by the way. He worked with me in and out of the court room and really cares about his clients. I would recommend Robert O'Hale to anyone who needs a GREAT LAWYER. I had gone to Robert about two separate pending cases that took course over several years. But through out the whole process he kept me up to date, told me his honest opinion and, and went to bat for me when most would have seen a young kid at the time. He helped me so much!

I had seen the News 2 story about Robert O'Hale and wanted to use him with my DUI. While he is very nice and equally as intelligent, he gave me the opinion that he could handle my case with no problem. It wasn't until after I paid him $1,500 that he shared that he could not get my charge reduced. You can't plea down DUI in NC. You can plea down murder...but not DUI. Of course I didn't know this because I had never had one before. Anyway, after I paid him and I finished my substance abuse class, I tried to call his office to get my driver's license back. I left 3 messages over 3 weeks and never received a return phone call. I finally found out how to get my license back myself and that's what I did. You know, I realize that he's a busy man but I don't know why his office staff just didn't call me back. Even with all of that said, he's a very nice man and if there is a loophole to be found, he'll find it!

I had let a family member of my best friend move into my home when he was released from prison. I am big believer in second chances, so I helped the young man. It seemed it all was going as he was working part-time and going to school full time. Well at about two years after his release my mom was raided by the DEA. It turns out the guy I was helping went back to selling drugs, and he was doing out of my house. He had stashed away a large amount of marijuana in the garage, and when my home was raided it was found there and in the guy's room. Since the garage is a common room in the home, I was also charged, with four felonies. I was refer to Robert by another attorney friend of mine who said he was the best and would make sure that I had the best representation. Since the first time I consulted with Robert he made me feel at ease. He was upfront about what could happen but that he would help prove my innocence. The guilty person never told the truth in the two years the case was in the courts but Robert was always there to provide words of strength, hope, and kindness. I am happy to say that now it is all over! The guilty party is in prison and I am here to write about such an amazing attorney more especially human being. If you want someone to represent you well and be there for you, choose Robert O'hale.

Robert O'hale offered excellent legal representation. I called his office, and he was very prompt in handling my case. He worked with prosecutors to come to a reasonable outcome without ever having to step foot in a courtroom. Not only that but when I emailed him with a question regarding how to fill out paperwork regarding my "criminal" status, he was very courteous and took the time to look into a case that was 3 years old and offer his guidance. And as it turns out, I do not have a "criminal" status thanks to his representation. I would highly recommend Mr. O'hale, as he is very proficient at what he does, and takes his clients seriously.

It is without reservation that I recommend Robert O'Hale, Esq. His office was extremely patient and more than professional. I was placed in a situation that I never thought I would be placed in and while at times I didn't understand his approach or maybe didn't even agree with such.
