I had no idea what to do when I was charged. After calling my attorney cousin for a recommendation, I contacted Mr O'Hale. My case dragged on for 3 years of continuances and re-strategizing by the District Attorney's office. On trial day I could not have been more pleased with the preparedness and defense given by MY attorney, Robert O'Hale. The D.A. looked quite foolish trying to refute it, to be honest. In addition to having the outcome I wanted (which saved me money and heartache), Mr. O'Hale was always respectful of my time and my personal feelings. The incident that got me arrested was very traumatic and I had to relive it for three years of court dates. Mr. O'Hale worked with me to make sure I didn't miss too many classes at UNCG due to court. He never once made me feel like I did not matter or that my case didn't matter. More over, I could tell he was empathetic to my struggle and frustrations with the Justice system. On multiple occasions he apologized for things not in his control (like the courts wasting my time) and he related to me as a person. And he never made it about money or fees.
