Did not care about my case, took 8 months to get a little bit of money back and what was settled None of the medical bills were paid for did not try and get much of a settlement just went with what the insurance gave, very rude and unprofessional ....

I could not ask for a better experience!! Dealing with the aftermath of being in a car accident is stressful, but R. Steve Bowden & Associates made it a breeze. They were extremely fast and thorough with their correspondence, fought for my well-being both in court and with insurance companies, and handled my case to perfection! This law office has been very helpful in my accident case. My case manager Tracey Poteat was with me every step of the process in fact it's still going on. My attorney Jennifer has always spoken with me when I call her. She is a concerned person from my experience with her. I haven't had any issues, in fact, I'm grateful they care about you as a person and wants the best. My case is still going on so unfortunately I can't give them a 5 star. These people are slow and inconsiderate. I was in a mobile accident 5 months ago and I still haven’t settled my case. I am the one that has to call them, they never call you to keep you posted on anything. So you’re just hanging out there waiting while your medical expenses go to collection agencies.

I met Attorney Steve Bowden in 2011, the day after my accident after my surgery. That was the best thing in my life, meeting him. I had broken my back in three places couldn't walk or bend and he came to me, I never regret that day. He took care of me even when I had to come back home for my therapy. I never had to call him for anything he kept in touch with me. As the commercial says the insurance company is not on your side Steve Bowden and Associate is. When I say I love this group words can't even express it. My daughter was in a serious accident in 2013 of course when I called him again he was there night and day. Steve and Jennifer met me at the hospital that night, they did not have me waiting at all. God sure do know how to put people in your life. Again didn't have to keep calling him, he was there for me and my family. He also took care of me my entire stay in Greensboro NC and I was there for months. And I'm from Washington DC. I had no worries when it came to Steve Bowden. When I say Steven Bowden and Associate is where to go, I mean that from the depths of my heart. The love I have for them I can write a book. I wouldn't have it no other way. Steve Bowden and Associate will always be my lawyer. I can go on and on forever but I'll stop here. So remember insurance companies are not on your side Steve Bowden and Associate is. If I can give them a hundred stars they got it.

If I could give them zero stars I would... Jennifer Bowden was handling my familys case for a car accident. I have tried calling to get ahold of her to find out what's going on but all I ever get is her voice mail and she never calls me back its been months since I even heard from her. I don't know if she thinks our injury is a joke or if she forgot about us but she does not care about her clients obviously because she will not fight the insurance company and as I said will not call me back and is never available to talk nor is she ever in the office its been month after month and no contact from her nor the office 6 months later and still wondering when or if she will call.
