Very helpful

The greatest legal service my family and I have ever experienced!

So, where to start? I first used this firm back in 2016. Incredible environment, very professional, and honest. It also didn’t hurt that my assigned attorney was pretty hot. Most recently, and, unfortunately, I had to reach out for their help again in 2019. My cases were handled with great professionalism, very transparent, and they provided that family feel. From the secretary, with the incredible secretary voice to the legal assistants I’ve dealt with. All great to work with, all very nice people, all with one goal, and that is what’s best for the client. (Hopefully I don’t get in anymore accidents, but if I do, I know who will be one of the first calls I make.)

Pt 1: A person who's opinion I value referred me to Steve Bowden due to trauma I suffered while in the hospital. On the morning of August 31, 2020, I called this office asking to speak with Mr. Bowden about malpractice. Before my thought fully cleared my lips I was told I needed to speak with Edward Yount. I was told my name and number would be sent to him and that Mr. Yount would call me. As of this evening (9/9/2020 at 8:14pm) I have not received a call. This is definitely in line with many of the comments about the "lack of response". Part 2 - I am absolutely in shock!! I have NEVER spoken to Mr. Yount and Mr. Yount has NEVER spoken to ANY "gentleman" about my case! Mr. Yount called me today but could not list any details about my case or the reasons you all could not help with my case. Instead he asked me to refresh HIS memory and after I refused (twice) he abruptly hung up after telling me I was wrong. I have NEVER come in contact with anyone more brazen and condescending in my life. Thank God I dodged a bullet!!

Jaron Barbee is a beast in his field!

R. Steve Bowden & Associates has definitely left me with a mark. A great memory to remember. I’ll never forget the time I spent working with this company and how caring they were to meet my needs. I couldn’t ask for a better, well organized team than the one at R. Steve Bowden & Associates.
